Many people who rent a houseboat for vacationing have little experience with boat handling and navigation. Don’t worry! These skills will be taught to you before you depart!
You can enjoy a houseboat vacation whether or not you’re an experienced boater. Our trainers provide specialized, comprehensive boating instructions using knowledge gleaned from years of boating experience. You will utilize extensive behind-the-wheel navigating practice with your instructor at your side to gain confidence driving the boat. We will make sure you are comfortable as “captain” before leaving port. If you want a refresher during your vacation, just throw in the informative DVD on your houseboat or call a trainer with their provided phone number!
