Pricing & Policies

• All prices include early courtesy boarding and linen service (excludes our 56′ pet friendly boat for linen service).
• A 10% Military Discount is available before June 11 and after August 28 (mid-weeks only).
  • If you qualify for the military discount and added it to your reservation, it will be deducted from your final invoice.
• Final Payment is due by check 45 days prior to your arrival date.
  • If you are using a credit card for your final payment, there will be a 3% administrative fee added to the final invoice.

• Prior to departure, a lease agreement must be signed. The renter is responsible for loss or damages. A damage waiver protection is available at $50.00 per day, per boat (including a $375.00 deductible).  This agreement covers property owned by Fun ‘N The Sun Houseboat Vacations.  It does not cover property owned by lessee or other third parties, nor does it include injuries to lessee or other persons.
• Driver must be at least 25 years of age, and able to captain the boat. Training is mandatory through video and on-river instruction.
• PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY on our 16′ x 56′ (56′ PET BOAT) for an additional charge of $75.00 per pet. Linens are NOT provided.
• Upon return of the boat, the renter is responsible to pay for re-fueling. This includes a $35.00 service charge for septic pump-outs and chemicals. A nominal fee will be charged for the return of an unclean boat.
• We do not allow kegs, guns, or fireworks on the boats.

The deposit is due at time of reservation and is returned to you within 10 days after your cruise completion.

• 38′ Boat: Deposit = $500
• 42′ Boat: Deposit = $500
• All Other Boats: Deposit = $750

If you need to cancel your reservation, a written 60-day notice must be given in order to claim a deposit refund (minus a 25% cancelation fee on 3- or 4-day vacations, 50% cancelation fee on week-long vacations).
Once within 60 days of the vacation, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Once payment is made, there are no refunds.
